Polish mare successful again

We are plesed to inform that 5‑year-old Malopolska Mare Birma by Emetyt, out of Biesiada by First des Termes, bred by Walewice State Stud and owned by Andreas Gygax (CH), took 4th place in her age cat­egory in French Eventing Championships for Young Horses 2012. Birma has 37,74% Arabian blood; there­fore, accord­ing to CIAA reg­u­la­tions she rep­res­ents Anglo-Arabian breed.

After first two days of com­pet­i­tion Birma was 3rd, a single fault in jump­ing pushed her down to the 4thplace.  Her rider Thomas Carlile got double win with stal­lion Tenareze AACR (Jaguar Mail – Utopie du Maury/Quatar de Plape) in 5‑y.o. cat­egory and stal­lion Upsilon AACR (Canturo – O’Vive/Fusain du Defey) in 4‑y.o. cat­egory.
