Polish mare successful again

We are plesed to inform that 5-year-old Malopolska Mare Birma by Emetyt, out of Biesiada by First des Termes, bred by Walewice State Stud and owned by Andreas Gygax (CH), took 4th place in her age category in French Eventing Championships for Young Horses 2012. Birma has 37,74% Arabian blood; therefore, according to CIAA regulations she represents Anglo-Arabian breed.

After first two days of competition Birma was 3rd, a single fault in jumping pushed her down to the 4thplace.  Her rider Thomas Carlile got double win with stallion Tenareze AACR (Jaguar Mail – Utopie du Maury/Quatar de Plape) in 5-y.o. category and stallion Upsilon AACR (Canturo – O’Vive/Fusain du Defey) in 4-y.o. category.
